i just used the ''HTC_Hermes_SIM_CID_Unlock_v3a '', and everything seemed to go good, and got the success message, but when i put my original t-mobile sim card in the phone i did not get asked for my pin number and my phone is offline, if i put any sim card in now it does the same, and i get ''no service'', what shall i do please help me

Wha you are seeing is probably the bootloader screen. You do have an HTC Hermes correct?

just connect it with PC and flash correct ROM.

Hi Guys

I have a SPV m3100 (Hermes) and am trying to unlock it, the bootloader screen states the following HERM100 IPL-1.01 and HERM100 SPL 1.11 and i Have tried this unlocker to no avail

I go throught the whole process going past the error etc and get the success msg, once i reboot with an o2 card in and wait for the time out and enter 20051978 i get code error

any ideas chaps?

Hi Buzz i gota mda vario 11 boot loader version 1.04. when i run MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe i get error code 150 and not 114 is that expected? thanks for the gr8 work

it is not Windows application. You should run that on your phone.
