Here is the user’s guide (3 main Steps)

3GMobile SMS + Contacts Backup is an app used to backup sms and outlook contacts on windows mobile. You could use this software to save your mobile outlook contacts and sms as .xml or txt file;Restore sms and outlook contacts from pc to mobile phone;Manage sms & outlook contacts on pc.


1.install 3GMobile SMS+Contacts Backup to Windows Mobile Phone
Step 1: Download the 3GMobile SMS+Contacts Backup Here:

Step 2: Unzip the file you downloaded just now, and copy the installation file " 3GMobile SMS+Contacts Backup.CAB" to your mobile device. You may need to connect your device to a host computer using ActiveSync. You can also transfer the file using a memory card.

Step 3: On your device, navigate to the location of the CAB file using File Explorer. Click on the CAB file and click "Install" to begin the installation.

Step 4: As the screenshot below, the installation completes. Select "OK" to continue

2.How to backup contacts from windows mobile to computer?

Step 1: Click "start" and then select programs. You will see the follow screen:



Step 2: Run " 3GMobile SMS+Contacts Backup". You will see the follow screenshot:




Step 3: Click “Contacts Backup” button, and then you will see the follow screenshot:




Now you will want to input a backup file name, select folder, choose a backup file type(txt file or cbf file) and select a save location.

Step 4: Then click ‘Save’ to start backup




Step 5: After backup completes, you can see the backup file on your phone and transfer it to your computer easily by ActiveSync.

3.How to restore contacts to windows mobile phone ?
Step 1: Run “3GMobile SMS+Contacts Backup”. You will see the follow screenshot:




Step 2: Click the “Contacts Restore” button,and then you will see the follow screenshot:




Step 3: Select the file you want to restore and click “OK” to restore:




Now you will want to input a backup file name, select folder, choose a backup file type(txt file or cbf file) and select a save location.

Step 4: Then click ‘Save’ to start backup




Step 5: After backup completes, you can see the backup file on your phone and transfer it to your computer easily by ActiveSync.
